Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification is designed for in-house facilitators as they scale and customize the Everything DiSC Workplace learning experience within their own organization. This intensive course increases facilitator confidence and competence with engaging content on the principles of the DiSC model; suggests strategies for delivering a customized learning experience; and gives insights for navigating challenging classroom scenarios. Participants will not only gain the credential and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace, but gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

The two-day Everything DiSC Workplace® certification program empowers trainers and consultants to become fully expert in DiSC® tools and theory. By attending, you’ll:

This course is the best resource to build foundational knowledge and gain invaluable skills for facilitating Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization.

Designed with your busy schedules in mind, this online course offers the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions virtually facilitated by Wiley trainers who will be with you every step of the way.

In this course, you will:

• Increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization.
• Practice facilitating Everything DiSC Workplace with small groups.
• Experience the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and apply the personalized profile results to real-world scenarios.
• Learn strategies to create a DiSC®-based culture through MyEverythingDiSC®, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.

 This is a blended learning course with self-directed activities and four live virtual sessions. Attendance is required for all four live sessions to complete the course.
